About the Space

A darling studio is a lifestyle natural light studio in Wicker Park Chicago. This is the perfect space for photo sessions, co-working & creating, workshops and small gatherings. The space is here for you to feel inspired and taken care of as you have your photoshoot, meeting or event. The space is laid out in three sections with an open feel. It has beautiful southwest facing windows that allow for natural light throughout the day - the area near the windows is a perfect space for your photo session. You will also find a "living room" section with ample seating for a group as well as a large dining working table. You will find coffee and water for you as well as an array of materials you might need throughout your time at the studio. A small fridge is available for you to use as well. Please note WE DO HAVE AC! :) We believe that this is a space to create, to collaborate, to dream and to be.

I am a firm believer that wedding days should come with a photographer that takes stress off your plate rather than adding to it, that family and portrait sessions should be fun - not stressful, and that newborn sessions should be beautiful and safe! I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected! As a mom, I understand that kids (and babies) need to have the space to be themselves in order to get the best shot. Between each session the space will be reset and cleaned.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
