About the Space
Our Spanish-style home is located on 1 acre in the rural, film-friendly town of Agua Dulce, with ample parking on the property. Our home is interesting in that it has 2-4 entrances/exits into each room (because the person who built it was claustrophobic). The property can be available for filming with just a couple hours notice. We also have a beautiful traveltrailer that is great if you want to spend the night or use for makeup, etc. Extra fee for use of the trailer. There is a mini dirtbike track on the property, with lots of motorcycles/bikes if interested. We can order food to feed your crew and bring it in at a discounted rate. Trailer Information: May be used to sleep in overnight to avoid commuting on multi-day shoots - sleeps ten people. It has master bedroom, bunkhouse, full bathroom, electricity, A/C, heat, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, etc. Extra fee for use of the trailer. I can give you a custom rate for use of just the outdoor areas, parking only, and/or catering meals for your group. Please let me know what you need and I'm happy to work with you.

I disinfect high-touch areas before and after filming. I provide masks to all. Hand sanitizer is posted outside the door and everyone coming in uses it before entering the home. We have all been vaccinated and can show our vax cards for proof. We have digital thermometors to take temps before entering as well.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
