West Lancaster, directly off of 110th st west. South of hwy 138, east of the poppy reserve. Only about an hour and 20 from Los Angeles. A marvel movie was just filmed in this area. We were found by a location scout just driving by a few years ago. We have really enjoyed the experience of being host to the stars. A Grammy winning artist, and well known production company was happy with our hosting of 100+ people, for our very first gig. For filming and basecamps we are very convenient. Our location offers a rare opportunity to fool your audience into thinking you're somewhere else. Middle of Montana maybe? You simply won't find vastness and 360 views like this anywhere else so close to LA. We have 5 neighbors in 5 miles. The back 2.5 acres of our property is empty pasture, with vast valley and mountain views offering no obstructions. For the music video stunts were performed down 110th, along with using the home and property in shots. Permits should be easily obtained if needed. The horses were also used in the shoot. If you need horses or riders for your video, that can also be arranged depending on your needs. This can be your one stop shop!
