About the Space
I’ve transformed my living room space in my house to a very nice piano recording space. The room is very well insulated with sound absorbing panels, the grand piano is a beautiful Steinway Model B tuned regularly (monthly) and voiced bi-annually. The tone is great for any classical or jazz repertoire you can imagine, the piano has strong bass and singing treble. I designed and renovated the entire space, insulated the walls for piano playing as I don’t want to annoy my neighbors, the result is astonishing, I have state of the art Rode Microphones for recording as well as professional digital cameras for video capturing. Accented wall decor and gorgeous Arc light lighting up the entire keyboard with no unwanted shadows makes it the ideal space for piano playing.
