Easy access to downtown, I-90, and I-93. 🚨 Things to Note • No smoking, vaping, or loud music • Not soundproof (best for light acoustic recording) • Overtime billed in 30-min increments Suitable usage: Photo shoots including Portrait, Headshot, product and Fashion. (Best for natural light shooting!) Video shoots such as Interview or documentary Small events or meetings. Pop-up Gallery Other QUIET classes or workshops Located in the heart of South End. One of the most artistic area in Boston. The space is on 1st floor right by the entrance of the building, very easy to find. This space is in filled with Natural lights, 12ft ceilings, 3 big south facing windows, 2 red brick walls, 1 white wall, 1 glass wall with curtain. Multiple usage space, very versatile. Space includes shooting area, guest seating area, makeup station and a small storage space in the back, which can be used as changing area. Renters will have access to amenities listed below: 2 sets of Autopole systems/Backdrop stands/Light stands/C stands/Sandbags/Garment Steamer/Apple boxes/Posing table/V-flats/foldable reflector/sprint clamps Furniture and props/Plants and greens/Make up station with Mirror and counter/Full length floor mirror/A selection of canvas backdrops Lightings/strobes are NOT included. A selection of seamless paper backdrops are available for a small fee, since they are consumables. Wifi is available for guests. There is no restroom inside the space, but there restrooms available on the same floor. Rates: WEEKDAY MORNING OFF PEAK $65/HR Monday-Thursday 6AM-10AM WEEKDAY NORMAL $85/HR Monday-Thursday 10AM-6PM WEEKDAY NIGHT OFF PEAK $75/HR Monday-Thursday AFTER 6PM WEEKEND MORNING $95/HR Monday-Thursday 6AM-10AM WEEKEND NORMAL $110/HR Monday-Thursday 10AM-6PM WEEKEND NIGHT $100/HR Monday-Thursday AFTER 6PM Inquiries are welcome before booking. Tours are available for bookings longer than 4 hours. 1 hours booking Minimum. 8 hours and longer book will have a 10% discount. No cleaning/resetting fee but all guests need to follow instruction to reset the space and take trashes; guests fail to follow instructions will be charged $50 cleaning fee after the booking. The latest booking start time will be 7pm, meaning guests has to be inside of the space before 7pm. If you need to book sessions with arrival time later than 7pm please let the host know.
