About the Space
Our backyard features a patio, waterfall, koi pond, tiki hut, firepit, hot tub, barbeques, patio tables and chairs, tons of plants and flowers, and lighting for evening events. This space is great for small parties, gatherings, meetings, special family events or evening filming a scene that needs a unique background or backdrop. There is access to restroom facilities in the house. If you plan on serving food you will have to self-cater it. Access to the household kitchen is not normally available.

This space is outdoors. All tables, chairs, common surfaces, and the bathroom are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
