A firepit down by the water brings families together. House square footage is 2000 square feet. There is a main floor master. 2 guest rooms and game room w/pool table is downstairs with separate patio space. Deck upstairs overlooks a fenced in area and sweeping views of the water. The open floor plan allows access to the deck from the living room or sun porch. The water side of the house has 12 glass doors for a water view from every angle. Its a family home with all the conveniences. King bed, 2 twin beds and 2 single beds (a bunkbed).

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
