The property backs to a conservation area providing privacy and a serene atmosphere. It has a private swimming pool, hot tub, luxurious bedroom furnishings, State of the Art game room, and Movie room equipped with a 120" projector. All bedrooms are equipped with either a smart TV or a Roku streaming device. You and your party can spend a whole day relaxing or having fun. It has an open concept layout that allows for a multitude of social events, corporate functions, creative events, and other activities. The kitchen has a large island and equipped with all the amenities including a brand new refrigerator, oven, Keurig coffee machine and microwave oven. There is also a wine cooler located on the second floor for additional refrigerated space. NOTE: For security, the home has several OUTDOOR Security Cameras. There is a doorbell camera, one pointing directly on the driveway, and a camera on either side of the house pointing towards the back. There are no cameras inside the home for privacy.
