Can also be used for outdoor private parties including baby shower, bridal shower, and intimate backyard gatherings. A tree swing and multicolored Moroccan lights hanging from the bright pink bougainvillea transport you to an urban oasis. A fully soundproofed recording studio space built into the back unit is perfect for musicians or artists. Please note, the recording studio does not include equipment, so that will need to be brought in or rented separately.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
