Gigantic front yard, cemented patio in the back, double door entrance to the basement which includes a eating area, seating area with a 55 inch smart TV. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms including a large master king room on the upper lever with a fire TV and work station.

The home is completely sanitized and disinfected between guests. Bedding is washed on-site and all high traffic surfaces are wiped down during the cleaning process. Masks are worn by the cleaning staff.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
