Perfect for photo shoots, filming, small weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, anniversaries, meetings, wine dinners, wine tastings, bridal and baby showers, you name it...this adorable 1920's house is perfect for your party and is now available for rent! Indoor dining room with boho furnishings and art, loads of windows and natural light and dark hardwood floors with hand stenciled border. Beautiful lounge area with chaise and faux fireplace, carved bar and our forestry "privacy" windows. Outside patio with steps/porch perfect for a wedding ceremony or announcements with your family and friends looking on! This unique and charming location is perfect and flexible for your next event or venue rental. The patio/ courtyard has boxwood panels securing ultimate privacy and great photo opportunities. Working 1920's Pegasus fountain, lush plants, overhead chandeliers, and fully stenciled courtyard floor adorn the patio. Really comfortable, private and charming! There are two ways to rent our space. Space rental only, or you can also have a fully catered event through our award-winning full service sister company, Grub Gals Catering. Licensed and insured is also beer and wine and champagne cocktail service is available through our preferred vendor, grubgalscatering.com - just contact through their website! Health and Safety Measures

Our venue is deep cleaned before every event. There is a 300.00 cleaning fee. All LA County government Covid 19 guidelines must be followed at our facility.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
