Delicious heated floors keep ya'll toasty in the winter. A superb 6 person hot tub to watch the stars and a raised deck overlooks a quiet aspen forest nestled in by a pine ridge cirque. We have three baths and lots of gathering places. We have Central AIR - With unpredictable summers, this can be a game changer!! Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
