About the Space
- 8 eight foot banquet tables are available for the space - 80 black padded metal folding chairs -Original tin ceiling -hardwood floors -2 speakers are available. One has mic and one has cord to hook up with iphone for music. -Wifi is available. -1 Bathroom with sink. -Please note that it is normally a paint studio with weekly painting classes. The floor, tables and chairs all have paint splatter. There is also paint stored in the space. The tables can be cleared of all easels and covered with your table covers.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We use Lysol Spray to disinfect all of the door handles, sink handles, toilet handle, and chairs. We use spray bleach cleaner to spray down all of the tables and flat surfaces after each event. We use bleach cleaner to thoroughly clean the entire bathroom. The floor is swept and mopped with pine sol after each event.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
