Christmas decorations will be up after Thanksgiving This light-filled mid-century home is located just 15 minutes outside of Atlanta and is outfitted with upscale details throughout. While the main living features skylights, and bright furniture pieces; our den features the perfect contrast with a cozy fireplace. It also features a large front yard and back porch for an intimate gathering, and perfect sunlight filled rooms for photos/videos. Please inquire via Peerspace messaging if you're interested and I'm happy to provide details or a custom offer! Uses: - Photoshoots - Film shoots (No music videos allowed at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.) - Content Creation - Interviews - Intimate Gatherings We do not allow bikini shoots, boudoir, adult films or any video/photoshoot of this nature. Please note this listing represents all rooms in the lower level of our home. No bedrooms are included at this time.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
