Our studio is the perfect location for capturing truly exceptional and dynamic photos, with a range of backdrops and props available to help bring your vision to life. The open floor plan provides plenty of space for creativity. There is also a make-up area equipped with vanity lights, speakers, and Wi-Fi for your convenience. The studio also includes photography equipment and grip to meet your creative needs. This space is perfect for lookbooks, portraits, model tests, boudoir photoshoots, and dancing videos. The studio comes with 3 x alien bees B800 already on c-stands with available or requested light modifiers, a changing tent, a rolling cart, a makeup station vanity lights, and stools. The studio max capacity is 20 people, Only 10 people are included with the studio renta, we charge$5 per person over the first 10. Included with the Stage rental (already inside the stage) EQUIPMENT: 1 x wireless trigger, 1 x receiver, 3 x alien bees B800, 3 x alien bees power cords, 3 x light modifiers – your choice of three or any available, 3 x 40” c-stands, 1 x mini-boom, 3 x sandbags, 3 x a-clamps, 2 x extension cords, 1 x power strip, 1 x full apple box, 1 x rolling cart, Also inside the stage: - 1 x 6' black folding table, - 2 x black folding chairs, - makeup station with vanity lights and two stools, - 1 x clothing rack (no hangers), - 1 x full body mirror, - changing area, - 1 x speaker with bluetooth/aux cord. Provided at NO EXTRA COST upon request (shared between all the stages, subject to availability): -extra sandbags, -extra a-clamps, -extra apple boxes, -extra extension cords, -c-stand arms, -additional c-stands, -lastolite reflectors, -fans, -studio stools, -steamer. FREE paper backdrops for portraits! We got lots of different colored paper backdrops at the location, - Backdrops are FREE if you are shooting portraits and don’t roll out the backdrop on a floor, don’t step on it or damage it. But if the backdrop got damaged anyways (wrinkled, stained, ripped, bent, etc.) - $29.99 rate. - One sweep (up to 6 ft on the floor) of the backdrop during the shoot that we had to cut. damaged a portion of the backdrop: left footprints, ripped, wrinkled, stained, scratched it, etc. - flat $29.99 fee. - Several sweeps (more than 6 ft on the floor) of backdrop, had to be cut the backdrop multiple times. In such a case the client has to pay $59. If you'd like to buy the whole backdrop or damage the whole roll – it’s $75. Rates exclude cleaning/damage fees (billed only upon occurrence). An additional strobe head is available at $35 (includes a strobe, a c-stand, power cord and an available light modifier). Stage is not soundproof (there might be noise as music/speech and street sounds). There is no way to discern the level of noise we have here from day to day, for it is never the same. It all depends on who is shooting what and of course, there is the ambient noise coming from the street/ outside (cars, music from the stage next door) From past experience - it should be ok if you are using the mic, but again there is no guarantee. I do not recommend our studios for sound sensitive projects Please keep in mind that there is no elevator in the building.
