This townhouse is the perfect place for a cozy photoshoot, film shoot, or music video shoots. You can also hold business meetings and small gatherings. Outfitted with 3 large screen TV's making it great for screening movies and TV show viewing parties. We have lots of seating and lots of greenery with indoor plants of every kind. Plush and unique with three floors of creative space, including ample space with a green screen for photography, interviews, and podcasts. Also has 3 full bedrooms with queen size beds and 3 full bathrooms. There is an outdoor area with a grill, a fire pit, 2 patio tables, and seating for twelve.

We are COVID-19 Compliant Certified. Please see the attached certificate and we adhere to the California Department of Public Health guidelines. All persons must provide their photo ID and record of their full vaccination or proof of testing inside of 24 hours. All persons whether or not vaccinated must wear a face mask while on set. Face coverings must cover the individual mouth and nostrils. Face masks may only be removed during photography. Any persons experiencing symptoms such as fever, or cough will not be allowed on set. Such individual must return after completing a COVID-19 test. Hand sanitizer will be provided at all times. All surfaces will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before surrendering to client.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
