World class designed home nestled in the new Lincoln Yards neighborhood. Our space is filled with exceptional artifacts, fantastic finishes, special patinas and one-of-a-kind artwork. **6 HOUR MINIMUM FRIDAY & SATURDAY. Bookings on holidays and holiday weekends are subject to additional fees. Please inquire about your particular event and date. Rentals that go past midnight must provide additional insurance in writing and in our possession before the event starts. **ANTIQUE CARS ARE NOT ON-SITE** Both trees have been removed in the courtyard. Some photos have been staged - please reach out for a site tour ahead of booking. ** fireplace is not to be used. ** furnishings change and move around the space often. photoshoot bookings are rented as is, please inquire about specific furnishings ahead of your booking. a walk through ahead of booking is highly encouraged. I am a firm believer that wedding days should come with a photographer that takes stress off your plate rather than adding to it, that family and portrait sessions should be fun - not stressful, and that newborn sessions should be beautiful and safe! I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected! Health and Safety Measures

We have a licensed professional in between bookings clean and disinfect all surfaces and cleaning of all floors, door handles and windows. We provide single use paper towels in all bathrooms and the kitchen. Hand sanitizer is disbursed throughout the space.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
