*PROPS and DECORATIONS in the photos are NOT included in events. Set up time MUST be included in the event timeframe. * This space is approximately 2,300sqft. Used for film and music video productions as well as SMALL private events 1-50 people Max. Events must be able to be contained within the space, only food catering will be allowed to be outside in the parking lot. Under no circumstances are guests allowed to hang out in the parking lot or outside during the events. Event activities must remain within our Building. Any extra services from outside vendors requiring guests to be in the street will result in a complete shutdown of the event and there will be no refund. (Video game trucks, Go carts, Etc...) Guests drinking alcoholic beverages outside will not be tolerated and be asked to leave. A guest vomiting anywhere on the premises,parking lot or leaving a mess(vomit on the sink, floor or toilet backsplash) in any of the restrooms this will result in a $100 Additional cleaning charge. Music is to be shut off by 10pm Sunday-Thursday and shut off by 11pm latest on Friday/Saturday.

After each event we sweep and disinfect anything that was used or touched previously.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
