About the Space
Charming Spanish home with multiple outdoor spaces for parties, meetings, dinners, brunches or photo shoots. Beautiful Spanish style fountain, Spanish tile, fire pit and lush gardens surround the property. Upon arrival you will enter the fountain courtyard that is perfect for champagne greetings and passed appetizers. Your guests can then move through the lush gardens into the bougainvillea courtyard for conversation. When you are ready for the main event, come to the back garden lush with bamboo, bougainvillea and citrus trees for dinner, brunch or an outdoor meeting. There is a dedicated (retro!) refrigerator for all of your party needs....ice, cake, chilled drinks, etc. LGBT friendly. Professional cleaning before and after every event. The majority of the space is outdoor and well ventilated.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
