About the Space
My personal home is a 1964 Mid Century Modern glamorous time capsule in a historic neighborhood. The interior decor is a mix of Mid Century modern and Hollywood Regency. My home is impeccably decorated and each room was hand curated by me. My floor plan in the main living areas is very open. I have an amazing backyard with a salt water pool which has a martini shelf great for shallow water shooting, with an amazing view of a golf course. There are 6 sweet kitties and one wonderful pup who live with me. I ask that all guests are mindful of doors. This is my private home and I hope you will treat it as such. This is NOT a studio. ***QUICK REMINDER: Remember to book any setup time and breakdown/cleanup time within your booking hours. This includes but not limited too, talent, models, DJ's, bartenders, caterers, assistants, etc. I can provide Hair and Makeup for an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
