Dear Customers, Since opening, more than two years ago we have always taken certain measures to try and keep you as safe as possible. These include, -Washing everything, including all crockery, glass and cutlery in a dishwasher, at temperatures hot enough to sterilize them -Using commercial grade sanitizer spray on all surfaces and spraying tables between customers -Having regular toilet cleaning with commercial grade sanitizer -Keeping our tables clear of common touch items such as sugar bowls etc which can spread bacteria and viruses. -Providing hot water and soap for customers and our team, to do effective hand washing, as bacteria and viruses cannot be washed off effectively, with cold water Since the appearance of Covid 19, we have incorporated further measures and we now also, -Regularly spray ‘common touch areas’ such as door handles, our bannister, taps and hair backs with anti bacterial/anti viral spray. -Provide anti-bacterial/anti viral hand gel -Take extra care with cash, as it can effectively pass on bacteria and viruses. -Encouragement of social distancing within the venue -Continue to politely ask customers to wear masks. -All hosts and team members provided by the venue will be required to return a negative Covid test before work with you, regardless of vaccine status.
