About the Space
- Our gardens are great for catalogue photoshoots, music videos and independent film. - The primary offering is the 15,000 sf California native plant gardens, rock terraces, marble patio, vegetable gardens, and outdoor fireplace that allow for dimensional backgrounds and textural, light filled images. - The stone terraced walls and cedar fencing around the perimeter of the property offers textural backgrounds with both direct and dappled natural light. - The abundant varieties of native plant gardens, Eucalyptus and Olive tree lined brick and stone paths, an artist studio as well as a minimalist suite with a bedroom, bathroom, deck and outdoor kitchen are available for shoots as well as holding, HMU and styling. - The native grasses and ground covers of the gardens naturally change to greenery from November-May and a more natural earthy desert aesthetic June-October, as reflected in the photographs. - There is parking for three cars / vans on the backside of the property and otherwise street parking for trucks. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
