About the Space
20' x 20' Street Level Studio with art mural, 15 foot ceiling, available 10' x 10' black, white, or green backdrops, and grip and lighting equipment which is available for rent. Can be used as industrial space and / or set building (see photos). Set pets: this is an animal-friendly home and set pets are welcome. We have a fenced in back yard. There are currently two animals that live on the property: a dog and a cat (please let us know ahead of time if you are allergic so we can make arrangements for them to be elsewhere during production). This property is managed by a collective of filmmakers, so we understand the needs of production. If you have any questions, just ask!

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All high touch surfaces, including any and all rented film equipment, are cleaned directly with rubbing alcohol and sanitizing wipes, and floors are mopped with disinfectant solution before and after each booking. All occupants of the property are fully vaccinated.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
