Photo studio and cyc wall are to be left in the condition they were found -- clients may purchase shoe covers if they plan on using the cyc wall. PLEASE NOTE: There is a CYC repainting fee starting at $100.00 -Alcoholic beverages or drugs are NOT permitted in the studio -No smoking in the studio or building is permitted. If client or anyone in the client's party is found smoking, the shoot will be immediately terminated and client will be asked to leave -No Filming or Photography can take place outside of the studio. That includes hallways, staircases, and Rooftop. If the client, or anyone in client's party is found on Rooftop, the shoot will be immediately terminated and client will be asked to leave -No pets are allowed in the studio without authorization from Wilhardt + Naud staff -No More than 10 people in the studio at one time without authorization from Wilhardt + Naud Staff
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
