Serene Bungalow in Rockaway Beach

Our beach bungalow has a big open kitchen with shaker cabinets, retro stove and fridge, exposed shelves and large soapstone island. It is connected to the living room with large west-facing windows. All three bedrooms can be used, one of them is an actual bedroom, one is a study, and the other is a guestroom with twin bed. There is also a front yard and back yard as well as storage under the house. It is available for photo and film shoots. Bungalow is 3 blocks from the beach and 3 blocks from the bay. In-person scout recommended. The house is elevated 8 ft, 1 flight of stairs are required to get to the door. Important note for film shoots with dialogue/sound: The location is close to JFK meaning you will be able to hear air traffic.
