House can be configured to use in part or all with separate heating/ac zones and entries. Chef's kitchen - 2 stoves and 2 outdoor grills plus a large outdoor table under a gazebo that sits 12. Herb gardens and dog pen with dog door. Artists residence who is also a cook, meals optional. Owner hosts 200-person outdoor fundraiser each year and easily accommodates. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
