An 18 ft vaulted ceiling allows interaction between both upper and lower floors, with two separate mezzanine lofts overlooking the open living area, and clean lines enhanced by thoughtfully curated decor. The space also offers two mezzanine floors, two grand pianos, two custom made concrete islands, an indoor recording studio, five separate outdoor decks with different views of the Hollywood Sign and canyon, a Scandinavian cedarwood sauna, and a separate bathroom accessible through garden entrance (perfect for catering or garden shoots). The outdoor area features an outdoor bed surrounded by bamboo and banana trees, a fire pit, an outdoor table with seating for 12, lounge chairs and an outdoor gym. Available for filming, photography / photoshoots, commercials, and high-end production.

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities by a cleaning professional. We also space out bookings so give proper time to clean the space.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
