About the Space
The event space comes with white marble tiled floors and white wall draping. Or, you could utilize the space in its original brick beauty. The venue includes a prep kitchen with couterspace and a built-in bar for beverage servicing and a double door refrigerator. There is a separate area that can be utilized for food service, photo-ops (360 photobooth or backdrops); breakout sessions, or a conference room. There are multi-private stalled restrooms for men and women.
This venue can service up to 100 people for a variety of events, and it comes with tables (round, rectangular or highboy), chiavari chairs, and table linen.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
