If Deck is added under ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: Great for Creative Productions, Small Weddings, Birthdays, Dinner Parties, Baby Showers, Movie or Music Video Premiers. Many eclectic furniture options available for use or to be removed to bring in your own set up. Access to drive way for loading in and out and a food truck option. Green room is included in rental with couch, makeup table, mini fridge and coffee corner. WIFI accessibility! Free street parking! Access to drive way, photo/video studio with multiple backgrounds and natural light, makeuproom/greenroom. Available first level patio + two level deck with view. Firewood can be provided upon request for an additional charge. -Mobile bar is available with cooler, mini fridge, 2 dunk buckets. -Open daily with a 3 hour minimum -Maximum occupancy is 50 people. Anything over 50 the rate changes to $188/hr with permission. -Please allow enough time for set up and break down, you will be charge for use of the property. -Strict noise ordinance takes place due to it being a residential area. Weekdays :10PM, Weekends: 11PM. Past the 10 minute cut off a $50/min charge will be added. If you decided to book the space, your deposit will be applied. *Please read full listing details before requesting walk throughs* FAQs: 1 - You have access to the Studio loft, downstairs bathroom, front restroom, downstairs restroom makeup room/greenroom. All other areas of the house are off-limits. If added (UNDER ADDITIONAL AMENITIES) you will also have access to all outside deck areas. 2 - Property is NOT handicap accessible. This is a "multi level" property that is accessed by stairs. No Elevator service. 3 - No loitering outside of residence or blocking of the public street. 4 - Additional amenities are available for request and additional cost. See add-ons for pricing or message host. 5 - This is a private residence, so respect the noise ordinance as listed. 6 - If Production or Event runs overtime (with approval) you will be charged from the time you enter the property until entire party leaves the premises. Please allow for enough time for set up and break down, as you will be charged. 7 - Walk throughs are welcome with a $50 nonrefundable deposit.
