    About the Space

This stunning art-deco seaside house is a refurbished artist studio with amazing natural light. Bespoke carpentry and an open steel and larch staircase, this property gives any shoot a rustic and industrial touch. The 80 square foot sea facing roof terrace is perfect for sun rise and sun set imagery. There's a table which seats 12 people and large kitchen for use. The property is on the beachfront, so there are lovely walks in the local area.
