Welcome to Re/center — a flexible creative studio and event space located next to Re/creation Cafe in the heart of Mid City Los Angeles. This warm, open, and adaptable space can transform for a wide variety of events including workshops, pop-ups, private dinners, wellness classes, birthday parties, art shows, networking events, filming, photoshoots, and community gatherings. The space features high ceilings, natural light, flexible layouts, restroom access, WiFi, tables/chairs upon request, and wifi sound. Perfect For: • Workshops & Classes • Pop-Ups & Markets • Birthday Parties • Wellness Events • Brand Activations • Art Shows • Networking Events • Photoshoots & Filming • Community Gatherings Rates vary based on guest count, event type, day, and duration. • Smaller events start at $125/hour • Larger events priced accordingly Cleaning Fee & Security Deposit A cleaning fee may apply depending on the size and nature of the event. A $300 refundable security deposit is required for all rentals and will be returned provided there is no damage, excessive cleaning, overtime, or policy violations. Any event serving alcohol must: • Provide insurance • Provide a liquor license • Hire one of our approved bartenders for $30/hour Additional Spaces & Add-Ons The Grape Garden patio space shown in some photos is not included in the base Re/center rental, but may be added for an additional fee depending on availability. The patio is perfect for cocktails, mingling, and ice cream parties. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
