The space consists of a large open floor plan design, perfect for photos shoots, video shoots, group classes, seminars, meetings, and private events; a private office/studio, kitchenette, and two restrooms, for a total of 2,200 sqft of usable space. The front entrance is accessible from the street, and the rear entrance opens onto a small covered patio and parking lot that can be accessed for load-in and load-out. For private events, music is allowed until 10pm, and must close by 2am. Outside catering is allowed. A private outdoor patio space is also available for a flat $250 rental fee. A refundable $500 security deposit is required upon booking to cover any potential damages. All deposits will be refunded within 72 hours or less from the close of the event or production.
