About The XR Space
Our studio is a 500 square foot space that allows you to do a number of projects. With a 12ft back drop and a separate 9ft backdrop the possibilities are endless. Sky panels provided in the space with two sky panels on a ceiling rail track system for video use. Two Strobe lights for Photography Projects and other light tools are available for rent as well. More space is available for rent like a meeting room or common area!

We ask that you maintain and leave the space as found. General cleaning will be provided after each use. If the space is left unclean and in worse condition than provided, client is subject to cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
