REVHO House is a private, content-first creative estate designed for media-forward experiences, controlled studio use, and curated gatherings. This is not a casual event venue. Our space is best suited for: • Podcast recordings • Interviews & content capture • Brand conversations & moderated experiences • Small, intentional gatherings tied to media or storytelling Bookings are highly structured to ensure quality, flow, and operational integrity. ⸻ What’s Included Depending on scope and headcount, bookings may include: • Podcast Studio • Adjacent Creative Executive Suite & Lounge • Pop-Off Patio • Passion Pond Lawn Hourly rate applies with a minimum booking window. Larger headcounts or expanded use require bundled space configurations. ⸻ Important Booking Policies (Read Carefully) Headcount • Total headcount includes all guests, hosts, performers, media teams, chefs, and vendors. • Exceeding stated headcount may require reclassification or additional fees. Event Oversight • Event oversight is always required and present for bookings of this nature. AV & Media • AV Production is required when live performance, media recording, or amplified sound is involved. Food & Beverage • Outside food is not permitted by default. • REVHO House typically provides or curates catering in-house. • Limited exceptions for outside catering must be approved in advance and are subject to a catering access fee and COI from the vendor. • Outside drinks are not permitted. Complimentary water, tea, or lemonade is provided. • Full-service bar options are available upon request.
