Classic wood floors, mirrors on one wall covering the length of the ballroom, lobby area separate from the ballroom, 2 private restrooms, changing/coat room. Great space for workshops and rehearsals, special events, fashion shows, video and photoshoots. The space is yours exclusively for the time period requested. ***You must book the space for the FULL time period you will be present INCLUDING set up and break down. You may not arrive early/leave late for your rental. ***Please note we are a 3rd floor walk up with no elevator in the building.

The space is always completely cleaned and disinfected before and after all clients are in the studio. All surfaces are disinfected regularly for your safety.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
