Come and see what historic Downtown Lithonia has to offer! The Annex is a great option for classroom trainings, meetings or small celebrations! It can also host your next panel discussion! The space includes a private bathroom and can accommodate up to 40 participants. It is setup to host 32 participants. However, additional seating is provided to comfortably accommodate up to 40. There are 8 5ft tables with 4 chairs at each table. An additional 8 chairs are available inside the space. The tables are covered. The space is very configurable but must be put back to its original setup when done. The space also features a teacher/speaker area at front of the room. This is great for panel discussions, demonstrations and staging! There are 2 monitors that can be configured by the user to show the same or different information.
