Artists Studio Barn on 3 Acres

History of the Space The property was used as a farm for close to a century. The Art Studio- or red house- was built in 1938 as an artist studio for the female artist that resided on the property. It has since been converted into an apartment- with lofted bedroom and bathroom. The structure was built with what was once the Barn- so it is very rustic in nature with exposed beams, warm wood finishes, old windows, and high ceilings.
