Our suite consists of 2,200 sq/ft of recently renovated work space - perfectly retrofitted to accommodate creatives, artists and young work professionals. There are seven cordoned work/communal/meeting areas available to our guests, renters and event coordinators. They include, 1. Fully functional kitchenette (Complete with microwave, refrigerator, sink and serving bar) 2. Warmly lit lounge with comfy seating and flatscreen TV 3. Photography Studio (Complete with infinity wall and professional lights & accessories) 4. Professional Recording Studio, outfitted with Industry grade hardware and equipment. 5. Large interior conference room complete with granite table and presentation board.

To ensure the quality, satisfaction and safety of our guests, we enlist outside sanitation professionals to help clean and prep the space for usage. Additionally, we are firmly committed to following health guidelines provided by local, state and federal officials.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
