About the Space
The 800 square foot workspace is located on the 2nd floor of the warehouse. The 10 foot tall green screen is 19 feet on the left and 22 feet long on the right. Access is via massive freight elevator. The hallway to the green screen studio is 6 feet wide and there is no weight limit. There are hand trucks, piano dolly’s and other carts for moving your gear around the building. There is a standard loading dock and large loading bay on the main floor. The 2nd floor has 2 bathrooms and a utility sink. We have a sewing room onsite with a seamstress on call. There is also a complete woodshop maker studio and a large spray room for painting sets and props that can also be rented. We also have a sound reinforcement company in the building and they can run your next show. Our building is just 3 minutes from the I-5 freeway. The space is available 24/7. Please start your booking process at least 2 weeks prior to filming. Keep in mind there is a 4 hour minimum for this room rental. You need to be in and out of the warehouse per your time frame. There will be a technician onsite to help light and other set up w/props etc. Winter is setting in and the space is unheated so keep that in mind. There is a heater for rent and we will supply you with kerosene at market rate.

The warehouse tends to be a bit drafty so the air is always circulating for everyone’s safety. Our workspaces are large, have high ceilings and there is access to the roof if someone needs even more fresh air.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
