CLEANING / DAMAGES The hourly rate includes the cleaning fee, and guests are expected to leave the place in the same condition as they found it. Please remove any equipment you bring in and include this loading and unloading time when booking. Penetrating items such as nails, screws, and staples should not be used on our walls. Ensure that any tape or gummed backing materials are removed properly. Peerspace will charge the credit card on file for damages (walls, flooring, furniture, etc.).
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
