This warehouse is newly constructed and designed for your next event. The elegant hallway brings you to a 39' by 22' warehouse. Previous events at this location has been kids birthday party, a paint-throwing party, nerf gun war event, & casual hangout for celebrations. There is a kitchen (no stove) and plenty of countertop space for crafts & services. The restroom is ADA compliant. Please note that any event starting after 6PM will require me to hire an additional location representative to open the entry gate into the parking lot. This will be an additional cost of $100. Please message me to talk about this further if this concerns you. Also, please message me if you're planning on serving any kind of alcoholic beverage.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The cleaning fee will cover the removal of trash from the bathroom, kitchen, and warehouse studio. The cleaning fee does not cover any damages or scuffs on the walls, floors, or doors.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
