FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY + SPACE DETAILS: • Guests are allowed to bring their own alcohol • Outside food is allowed • Kitchenette • Only food preparation is allowed on site • Speakers, Television • Music Rules: DJ and amplified music is allowed, Amplified music is allowed by connecting personal device to speakers • Space Rules: Confetti is not allowed, Smoking is not allowed • Ideal space for: Social Parties (Adult Birthdays, Graduations, etc.), Reception Events (Engagement Party, Anniversary, etc.), Holiday Party Art/Work is an ever-evolving creative coworking environment exploring the space between Art and Work. Located in West Town near Fulton Market, our space is lively, bright, and perfect for your next event. Our space is home to artists, creatives, and passionate folks in Chicago. A great open space for meetings, parties, get-togethers, and more. Our building policies require a security officer to be onsite during large events of 30+ guests. Security is an additional charge of $35-$50 per hour, paid directly to the security officer at least 24 hours before the event.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
