About The Bannan House Farm
We offer 49 acres of fields on the Stillaguamish River with beach access and a grand view of Mt. Pilchuck. Great for meetings, photoshoots, maker’s markets, farmer’s market’s, art shows, performances, parties, dinners, picnics, outdoor yoga, lawn games-you name it! The venue includes a 1760 square foot covered, open-air event space with water, power, chandeliers, fans and an adjacent celebration patio. It can accommodate up to 120 guests for a sit down dinner. The tables, chairs and high touch areas have all been sanitized according to the Snohomish County Health Department guidelines. Our venue is open-air which allows for optimal air ventilation. There is plenty of space on the farm for social distancing.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
