Our home is a portal into a magical, imaginative world. From the exposed ceiling beams to greenery galore to our thoughtfully designed henhouse to our 10-person concrete waterfall-feature outdoor dining table, we have poured thought and attention into every detail of this oasis. Everything you'll find in this house is custom-designed with love. Other features include hardwood floors, large quartz-styled kitchen, concrete indoor fireplace, covered front porch, new Article furniture, claw foot tub, office suite facing backyard, designated workout space, upright piano, 2 zen fountains, raised garden beds, and string lights. Production has also used our basement (not pictured), which is partially finished. We'd recommend our home for photoshoots, dinner parties, or movie sets. Please note the upstairs (including the stairs landing and bedrooms (not pictured)) are off limits unless permitted otherwise. Accessibility: Please note the stairs to our second floor bedrooms are a bit steep and therefore we recommend our home for guests without kids or elderly guests. Rainy season (mid-October-Memorial Day): Please note that our outdoor couch furniture and decor is retired during the winter months and that is reflected in our discounted prices for the rainy season. Summer months: - Though our home is equipped with central A/C, during the summer months we will provide additional A/C units in the upstairs bedrooms, which can get considerably hotter than downstairs during the daytime.

We hire a professional cleaning crew to come in and out of every visit for an additional cleaning charge ranging from $50-200 depending on the use of the space. We take into account the number of people occupying the space, the intended rooms of use, whether food is consumed in the space as well as the condition it is left in to determine the pricing.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
