About the Space
This space is perfect for photo shoots. We get amazing natural light with concrete floors! Also great for casting calls, fitness videos, table reads, small film productions, classes, workshops and seminars. We have ring lighting, wall mirrors, folding chairs and tables, which can be cleared out if you want the space empty for a specific production shoot. Large bathroom as well as street level/ storefront entry.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
