This is a North Side row residential production space, with an incredible open floor plan, large deck, spacious bathroom, two large bedrooms with king beds, and stocked kitchen, this two-story house on a quiet street is a perfect retreat! It's a short walk to Allegheny General and a few minutes to the bars & restaurants and stadiums on the North Shore. It's lightly "crew / boat" themed. Note that we are primarily an Airbnb host - the further out you contact us, the higher the likelihood of us being able to host you, as our calendars fill out quickly. Midweek is our easiest availability, and generally can only host weekend projects if they are multi-day, especially in the summer months. Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
