3 Story Ultra-Modern Architectural Gem on a Hillside Overlooking LA

We're proud to introduce our bright and modern architecturally significant home located in prime hillside area of Northeast LA. We've had the pleasure of being featured in design and architecture publications including Dwell, Dezeen, LA Times, The Robb Report, and Open House TV. Inside you'll find 2100 square feet of modern and bright space for shoots of all kinds. Enjoy immense natural light, a beautiful modern kitchen with white cabinetry and large marble slab island, architectural features such as curved walls throughout the house, 2 and a half bathrooms bathrooms with beautiful tile, a peaceful master bedroom overlooking the neighborhood, and French oak wide plank wood flooring throughout. There is a lush backyard with oak trees, beautiful agave and lavender plants, as a backdrop for a relaxed and chic lounge. A teak 6-foot table and chairs, along with a gas fire pit makes eating outside easy and enjoyable. Our driveway is convenient for loading/unloading production equipment and there is street parking available surrounding the property. In the 2nd floor ADU space, there is a home gym and additional kitchenette and bathroom. We take Covid safety seriously and make our best effort to provide a safe environment, following CDC guidelines. The home will be sanitized prior to productions, and hand sanitizer/soap will be provided. Masks are required in the home for crew members, but talent will not be required to wear them while in hair/makeup or shooting. We welcome teams that are respectful of the home and neighborhood.
