About Idyllic Haus
Fantastic natural light studio located in the Bridgeport neighborhood. 1,185 sqft space with 13 ft ceilings, large south facing windows, and Mid-Century Modern furniture perfect for content creation, full day/multi day productions, and quick portrait sessions. Full functioning HVAC system. Sheer and Blackout curtains give you full lighting control. Follow us at @slatestudioschicago for updates, tips, and projects created in the space! Free building-dedicated parking lot and street parking available.

This studio is a self-serve studio.
Please book your time accordingly, including time to setup and cleanup. When your session is done, leave the space how you found it to avoid getting charged an additional cleaning fee.

I am a firm believer that wedding days should come with a photographer that takes stress off your plate rather than adding to it, that family and portrait sessions should be fun - not stressful, and that newborn sessions should be beautiful and safe! I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected!

Health and Safety Measures
Guests are required to clean up after themselves and leave the space how they found it. Your setup and clean up time are part of your booking, so please take this into account when planning your session. If you do not leave the space properly, we reserve the right to charge you a $75 cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
