About the Space
We are a martial arts studio, the space is available for rent when we have no classes. An open space of about 1000 sf of floor space covered with 1.5" thick premium mats. Perfect for any activities or photo/video shootings. No shoes are allowed. We have 2 bathrooms, 2 changing rooms and a kitchen sink. Parking lot in rear. Facing a busy street but you can pull down the shades for privacy. Central A/C.

We clean the mats regularly with disinfectant. We provide hand sanitizers and wipes for everyone.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
