About the Space
Welcome to our historic four-story Art Deco style house, built in the 1880s! This building is home to a non-profit organization dedicated to gender equity and women's empowerment. By renting the space, you will be helping to support our mission and work. There is beautiful Art Deco detailing throughout the house as well as hardwood floors, and lots of light - especially on the top (4th) floor. Free, high-speed wifi is available, making it a great environment for meetings, short films, photo shoots and more! Each room is around 400 square feet. Most have furniture which you are welcome to move around, providing it is all returned to its original place when you finish! **Booking rates may vary depending on the number of rooms required and the size of the team on site.** The following rooms may be used (availability depends on other bookings and will vary by date): - First Floor: Garden Room, Courtyard - Second Floor: Green Dining Room, Blue Living Room - Fourth Floor: Pink Cathedral Room, Bathroom with Vintage Bathtub (without water) Please note that the office on the first floor and the entire third floor are private spaces and therefore not available for use. Additionally, the hallways in the house are shared spaces, so there may be some people coming and going from these areas. There is no elevator in the building.

Rooms that are used for bookings are cleaned in between guests. We ask you to pick up and dispose of your trash before you leave. If you use the kitchen, please put the dishes in the dishwasher. If you move any furniture, please ensure it is returned to its original place.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
